CF vacuum fittings and flanges are used for ultra–high vacuum pressure applications, consist of two identical flanges with a gasket made of oxygen free copper, bolts and nuts.
The standard size for CF vacuum fittings and flanges are CF-16, CF-35, CF-50, CF-63, CF-100, CF160, CF-200 and CF-250. CF vacuum fittings and flanges come in rotatable and non-rotatable versions with through bolt holes and tapped bolt hole.
